At Birth Dance, we are dedicated to helping expectant mothers feel confident, supported, and prepared throughout pregnancy and labour. This course was created to provide a unique and nurturing way to ease discomfort, prepare the body for labour, and embrace the beauty of this transformative time. The course was inspired by our instructor Jenny’s own experiences as a mother and her passion for dance. With over a decade of experience and certification as a Dancing for Birth instructor, Jenny combines the flowing movements of belly dance with techniques designed to support mothers physically and emotionally during their journey.
